Ikko KAGARI, Chikan Densha / Pervert Train.

Early Japanese chikan / pervert book, with an emphasis placed on covert pictures of groping on the Tokyo subway. To combat this phenomenon, many Tokyo subway lines now have women only carriages that operate during rush hour. Kagari has published several books on this subject in various formats.
